17 Aug Art By Bike – Toi mā Runga Paihikara
Enjoy a free guided tour by bike through some of Rotorua’s cycleways and explore the impressive art works located in central Rotorua, Government Gardens, Kuirau Park, Rotorua Lakefront and Sulphur Point.
Starting from Te Manawa (corner of Hinemoa and Tūtānekai Streets) in the heart of Rotorua the tours are expected to take approximately 1.5 – 2 hours.
Check the Rotorua Events on the morning of the tour if the weather isn’t looking good.
This guided tour is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Required to bring:
– Bike (pahikara)
– Cycle helmet (pōtae pahikara)
– Water bottle and snacks
– Sunblock and appropriate protective clothing
Art by Bike tours will take place on last Saturday in the month until April 2022 (weather permitting). Tours start at 10am.
