09 Jul The Dark Arts Exhibition 2018 – Expressions of Interest
Are you keen to be part of the Nightmare? Are you creative with a spooky and macabre side? Do you enjoy crafting unique artworks with a ghoulish twist.
This year we are offering a unique opportunity for your art to be part of the show. The exhibition will be on display at The Arts Village during the day and then be incorporated into The Dark Arts 2018 horror walk at night.
The concept of this year’s Nightmare at the Museum explores the bizarre rituals used to treat patients using dark arts and black magic. Think witchcraft, sacrifice, voodoo, hex, necromancy and various other forms of black magic.

Artists can enter up to two works and completed entry forms need to be received by 9am on Monday 13 August 2018 via email to projects@artsvillage.org.nz
Completed artworks will need to be delivered to The Arts Village on Tuesday 28 August 2018.
The Dark Arts Exhibition 2018 will be open to the public to view from 30 August until 11 September 2018 (Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm, and Saturday 10am to 2pm).
Tickets for The Dark Arts 2018 horror walk are $20 and will be on sale from 1 August 2018 via www.eventfinda.co.nz
