This year we’ve gone 100% local – local facilitators, local venues, local poets, and opportunities for locals – like you – to workshop and share poems.

  • Tuesday 18 Aug 3.30-5.30pm – Children’s poetry workshop at Te Aka Mauri FREE

  • Thursday 20 Aug 4-6pm – Teachers workshop for revitalising poetry in the classroom $20 at Lynmore Primary

  • Saturday 22 Aug 1 – 3.30pm  ‘Making the Poetic Line Sing’  adults rhythm and sound poetry workshop $25 waged / $10 unwaged
